Our Founder

Founded by Lourdes Flores, a healthcare professional with more than 30 years of experience in clinical laboratory science, laboratory leadership, quality management, and healthcare information systems.

Lourdes holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Adelphi University, a Perfusionist degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center, and an MBA in Health Informatics from St. Joseph's College. This blend of clinical, technical, and business training gives her a rare, well-rounded perspective on the challenges laboratories and healthcare organizations face today.

Lourdes brings hands-on laboratory experience to every engagement and is committed to helping organizations meet and maintain the highest standards. Having worked in the lab herself, she understands the realities her clients face and prides herself on delivering detailed, efficient guidance.

Outside of work, Lourdes enjoys walking her dog, Koda, and gardening.
